Step 2: We Review and Respond
Every quote request receives our full attention and is treated as a high priority. A member of our team will review your submission and get back to you with a price indication or to arrange a no-obligation site visit at your convenience.
Step 3: Site Visit and Accurate Measurement
We issue a written quotation clearly itemising materials, specifications, labour, delivery and all associated costs, giving you a complete picture to make a confident decision.
Step 4: Detailed Written Quotation
Approve and Schedule Once you are happy with the quotation, confirm your acceptance. We require a 65% deposit before we proceed, after which your project is scheduled into our production and installation programme with a clear, realistic lead time and regular progress updates.
Step 5: Approve and Schedule
With your deposit received and your project confirmed, our team visits your site to take precise final measurements and assess installation conditions, ensuring everything is manufactured to exact specification.
Step 6: Installation and Handover
Our team carries out the work to the agreed scope and timeline. On completion, we walk you through the installation and confirm your full satisfaction.
